Parking instructions
There is signage behind the Mercury block building to indicate where the free angled parking is above ground. The underground parking is through the black parkade door attached to the Mercury block building which is accessible from the alleyway across from Evolve.

Insurance
Direct billing to all major insurance companies is offered.
Direct billing for MVA claims available. Email info@striveholistic.com a minimum of 24 hours prior to your treatment with your claim adjustor’s name, email, phone number and your claim number. If we do not obtain this information ahead of time, we can send a receipt for you to reimburse through your claims adjuster.
Cancellation &
payment Information
Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy at this clinic. Late cancellation is subject to a 100% charge of the total cost of your scheduled treatment. A credit card will be required to secure your initial appointment.
Please note, we do not have a payment terminal and are a completely paperless company. This means we do not offer paper receipts, we do not support Gpay or Apple Pay forms of payment at this time, and, as we utilize the Jane payment software, we cannot accept Interac.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Visa Debits, and e-transfer to info@striveholistic.com as acceptable forms of payment.
